Return Policy


At Siagro, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please carefully read the following return policy, which applies to both defective and non-defective products.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for industrial products under the following conditions:

  • Defective Products: If the product arrives damaged or faulty due to a manufacturing defect, you may request a return or exchange.
  • Non-Defective Products: We also accept returns for non-defective products, as long as they are returned in new, unused condition.

2. Return Conditions

  • Product Condition: Only products in new, unused condition are eligible for returns.
  • Return Window: All return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, must be provided with the return request.

3. Return Method & Fees

  • Drop-Off Location or In-Store Returns: Returns must be dropped off at a designated location or returned in-store, as per your preference.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns, regardless of whether the product is defective or non-defective. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Exchanges

  • We accept product exchanges for both defective and non-defective items. Follow the same process as for returns, and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note that the 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or modified.
  • Custom or special-order items that are not part of our standard stock.

7. Return Process

  • Step 1: Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at [email address] within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and details regarding the return request.
  • Step 2: Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if the return is approved.
  • Step 3: Drop-off or In-Store Return: Return the product to a drop-off location or bring it to our store with the RMA information.

8. Additional Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for non-defective product returns.
  • For exchanges, you will need to place a new order for the desired product after returning the original item.
